The Tecumseh Tennis Club’s 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 7:00 pm on Monday, November 29, 2021. The AGM will be held virtually via Zoom. The agenda, pre-meeting materials, and link to join will be circulated to Members closer to the meeting date.
The AGM is when new Board members are elected for the 2022 season. All the positions are open for election, which include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Social Director, Property Director, Membership Director and two Members-at-Large. Anyone interested in joining the Board should send an email to the Club indicating their interest by November 15, 2021.
We have some new ideas for next year, which are included as part of an end-of-season Member survey. The Board serves the interests of the Membership and it is through surveys that we stay abreast of the needs and wants of the Membership. So please take the time to fill out the survey.
