Court Availability and Booking

Please review the booking rules and policies below for each court.
Book Fairly. We will monitor the court bookings to ensure that these policies are followed.

Courts are open for play between 7:00 am-11:00 pm daily from March 15 until November 30, weather permitting. Once you’ve registered as a Member, you will receive access to the facility. When the courts are unavailable due to closures, maintenance, events, etc., those times will be listed on the sign-up board and online.

Primetime hours will be Mon to Fri from 6pm-11pm, weekends from 7am-3pm.
Non-primetime hours will be Mon to Fri from 7am-6pm, weekends from 3pm-11pm.
Members are allowed to be on one court booking during primetime hours and one court booking during non-primetime hours each day.
Same day, Members can book any court that is free within 2 hours of the timeslot, regardless of whether they are already on other court bookings that day.
The Club allows up to 60 mins for singles (2 players) and 90 mins for doubles (4 players).
Members have 10 min to show up to use the court they booked, otherwise, it is forfeited.
If a Member has repeated no-shows (e.g., two or more no-shows in a row), booking privileges will be suspended for seven (7) days.
Errors made during booking that lead to personal advantage or unfair use of the tennis courts will be strictly monitored. Club Management may issue warnings if rules are ignored. After a written warning has been issued and the abuse of rules continues, a Member’s booking privileges will be suspended for seven (7) days.

Court 1

Court 1 can be booked on the Sign-Up Board at the Club during non-primetime hours.

Court 1 must be booked online during primetime hours.

Non-primetime hours (sign-up board)

When a Member arrives to use this court, they add their name to the Sign-Up Board for the time slot they want to use that day.
Only same day bookings are permitted on the Sign-Up Board, starting at 7:00 am that day. Members are not permitted to sign up for time slots on upcoming days.
If Members arrive and there are no courts available, they may find an open time slot on the Sign-Up Board and add their name.
Court 1 may be used for solo/serve practice during non-primetime hours only. Members must add this booking (up to 1 hour) on the sign-up board.
A Member is only permitted to sign up for the court and time slot that they will be using. A Member is not permitted to sign up other courts and time slots on behalf of other Members.

Primetime hours (online)

Follow the rules for Court 2 and Court 3 outlined below.

Court 2 and Court 3

Court 2 and Court 3 can only be booked online.

Members will be able to book a court online 72 hours prior to the booking start time.
The Member booking the court must indicate if they are playing singles or doubles tennis and provide the name(s) of their playing partner(s) in the court reservation software.
Court 2 and Court 3 cannot be booked for solo/serve practice.
Members must cancel their court booking in the online system as soon as possible upon knowing they won’t be playing at the reserved time, but no later than two (2) hours before the start of the reserved time.

Court 4

Court 4 is booked with priority for instruction by the Tennis Director and Assistant Coaches.

If Court 4 is free, Members are welcome to use this court.
Members should use the chalk next to the Court 4 chalkboard to indicate when they start playing on Court 4. If Members do not document their start time, new players can take the court upon arrival.
Court 4 may be used for solo/serve practice during non-primetime hours only.
Members are not permitted to sign up for Court 4 in advance.
A Member can only add their name to the Court 4 chalkboard once per day.
Private lessons and clinics always take priority over casual play on Court 4. If the Tennis Director or an assistant coach needs access to the court for any reason, the Members using Court 4 must vacate immediately.

Round Robins

Round Robins are free, fun, tennis events and provide a great opportunity to drop in for some friendly games and meet other Members! Everyone is welcome, from beginners to advanced players. The main purpose of the round robin is to meet new players, and play matches organized by Member volunteers.

Weekly Doubles Round Robins:

Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00 am – 11:00 am (all skill levels) – Court 1, Court 2, Court 3 – DROP IN (no sign up required)
Tuesdays 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm (all skill levels) – Court 1, Court 2, Court 3 – SIGN UP REQUIRED

The 2026 Round Robins will begin the week of May 25, 2026.

Singles Tennis Ladder

The concept of a tennis ladder is simple. Players are arranged much like the rungs of a ladder. The idea is to be at the top of the tennis ladder. As you win, you move up the ladder. Winning players take the place of their higher-ranked opponents, thus “leap-frogging” them.

Registration for the Singles Tennis Ladder is now open. All genders welcome!

Heath Allen will be administering the tennis ladder. Please email Heath directly if you need more information.

Lakeshore League

The Lakeshore League is for more competitive doubles players – men and women. TTC has 3 teams that field 8 players (4 men and 4 women) each week. They play home matches at TTC using all 4 courts on Wednesdays from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm and away matches at another club in the lakeshore region from Mississauga to Hamilton.

The Club calendar within CourtReserve indicates when the home matches are scheduled and the courts are unavailable for casual Member play.

The 2026 Lakeshore League matches will begin the week of May 25, 2026.

Intercounty Tennis Association +55 League

The Intercounty Tennis Association +55 League is known for both its competitive and social nature. This League offers senior club members (age 55+) the opportunity to meet their peers/tennis enthusiasts at different clubs. Teams are divided geographically into different Division levels. League matches commence at 10:00 am on Thursday mornings and consist of 1 women’s, 1 men’s and 1 mixed match.

The 2026 Intercounty Tennis Association +55 League matches will begin the week of May 11, 2026.

HTA Men’s Premier League

This HTA Men’s Premier League is a new league that will play on Saturday afternoons and will feature Men’s doubles of the highest caliber (minimum 4.0 – 4.5 players).

The 2026 HTA Men’s Premier League matches will start May 23, 2026.
